I could never stand on a street corner in a Liberty costume and attract attention to myself. I'm such a private, conservative person. I'm not even sure what the motivation is for getting these guys to wave and smile from the curb, but they've been faithful every day.
Since they're giving food away, they obviously aren't hungry.
I DON'T GET IT.

In the beginning, I thought it was only Colorado Springs. Then I saw Liberty in other places. They are scary, aren't they?! Worse, however, are the chicken wing people. They dance on the sidewalk along terribly busy streets. I can imagine no greater humiliation.
